I searched hi and low for a tank top with a built in bra for sleeping and just for lounging around. They are very difficult to find. I found this one and even I am not super curvy (32 c) it does the job. I took it on my trip to Europe and it was super versatile. Alas I left it behind in one of my lodgings and even though its not cheap I will get another one. It’s such a great piece.
